The Woodery

Housed in the historic green barn at the centre of L’Arche Daybreak’s original farm property, the Woodery is a fully equipped wood-working shop where twelve to fifteen people work each day. Founded in the mid 1980’s, the Woodery has developed a core business of producing high quality, “pencil-sharpened” surveying/horticultural stakes.

Our Products

In addition to stakes, the Woodery also has the capacity to manufacture a broad range of wood products for commercial, industrial and residential applications including:

• Bridging for housing construction
• Transfer boards and other assistive devices
• Furniture risers
• Educational supply items
• Mitre boards
