The Craft Studio encompasses three fully equiped studios for creating pottery, candles and hand-made paper. The high-quality artisan crafts are sold directly from our studio, in stores and at craft fairs around the Greater Toronto area. The artisans with intellectual disabilities who work at the Craft Studio take pride in the unique bowls, mosaics,candles, ceramic crosses, paintings, hand-made cards and paintings they create each day.
As the Studio functions primarily as a working artists’ space, general members of the public interested in purchasing pieces on-site are kindly asked to phone ahead before visiting. Articles crafted at the Studio are available at the studio and also available for sale at Daybreak Books & Media , the community’s retail shop.

Our Products
Candles
Individually designed and made using small cubes of wax and colourful symbols, these beautiful candles are crafted with care and attention to detail. Prices range from $4 – $20.
Hand-made Paper and Greeting Cards
Ceramics
Bold bright colours and striking hand-painted designs are hallmarks of the handpainted line, while more solid colours and raised motif are used for the studio line. Prices vary for both lines and types of product.

9:00 – 12:00 and 1:00 – 4:00 Monday – Friday, closed for public holidays.
